It offers many great features like a 15% fixed, two-position incline and the weight capacity is 250 pounds for users. The CardioStride 3.0 is portable and features a vertically folding design that uses SpaceSaver technology. The treadmill is very compact and lightweight as well as the walking tread belt.  The tread belt is maintenance free but there is no shock absorption system. The console is simple with a single black and white LCD display screen, tracking speed, distance, time and calories burned. The warranty includes 90 days on parts and labor.

Pros

A folding frame for convenience and is equipped with the SpaceSaver design which makes it quick and easy to fold up.

The entire treadmill only weighs 60 pounds making it lightweight and compact.

The price is right for a treadmill that is designed for light walking and for some jogging.

Cons

Basically there is no console area. The single display screen gives just basic workout readouts. There is no space for water bottles, keys or smart phone devices. There are no workout programs, heart rate sensors or audio features.

You can only get 90 days coverage on parts and labor.

It has a compact and very small running area and not many people feel comfortable on this small running space.

The treadmill has no shock-absorption system.

This cheap treadmill come with no frills and is not for everyone. Even if you want to do some simple treadmill walking this is one treadmill you should reconsider. However this is clearly an entry-level piece of exercise equipment.

The one downfall of this treadmill is the incline which is fixed at 15%. It is a pretty steep incline and adds intensity to walking and jogging. It makes it kind of difficult to use without holding on to the handlebars, making for an awkward jogging position. Also with no heart rate monitoring you would think a machine that is known as the CardioStrider would have one. Take everything in consideration before you choose to purchase this treadmill.
